PMIN & PMAX – Minimum & Maximum distance of road surface above support surface as measured  from the bottom of the 1.5” diameter 40 cm length Schedule 40 PVC pipe.

WMAX - is measured as centered on the bridge’s linear Center Line

LMIN & LMAX -is measured as centered on the bridge’s Geometric Center Line

The Bridge is first placed on the above illustrated apparatus which will check for proper placement of the three prescribed loading points, the bridge's maximum width, road height, bridge height, minimum and maximum lengths. The bridge after clearing that check point will be placed on a 20 degree inclined surface, a Ping Pong Ball is then placed on the upper end of the road surface of the bridge and the Ping Pong Ball must then freely roll from the upper end of the road surface to the lower end of the bridge surface.
